Description of problem:The EPEL6 Package does not specify django-pickefield as a dependency

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: Create a Django project that user django-celery and the run syncdb

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the rpm
2. Create django project that uses django-celery with db results backend
3. Run sync db
Actual results:

/manage.py celeryd
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/djcelery/models.py", line 11, in <module>
    from picklefield.fields import PickledObjectField
ImportError: No module named picklefield.fields

Expected results:
syncdb success.
