Add .svgz to AddEncoding x-gzip example in httpd.conf

The attached patch adds .svgz to AddEncoding x-gzip example in httpd.conf to make it a bit easier for people to see how to serve gzipped svgz (Googling for "addencoding svgz" returns quite a few hits).  The patch is on top of the one in bug 740593; let me know if you'd like me to push and build this one to devel as well.
