spice-vdagent has seen 2 changes recently which makes it try to do things that selinux is denying. These are (being) fixed in RHEL, this bug is for making sure that these fixes make their way into F-1. F-16 will get the new vdagent which triggers this soon (today or tomorrow).

Rather then repeating all the details here, please see bug 737790 and bug 741271 for details on the needed rule changes.
