Description of problem:

Not sure if that is by design. Opening a bug to verify w/ dev whether or not list view for catalogs, catalog entries is in the plan.

Catalogs and Catalog Entries are going to be accessible from Pool Families/Pools list in Environment section of Admin UI (Redmine #2417)

Catalogs list is available under Content section in Administer section. Catalog Entries list for given Catalog is available in Catalog detail page.
