Description of problem:
If JBoss for one reason or another already is stopped, running service jbossas stop should _not_ return an error code (as specified on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:SysVInitScript#Exit_Codes_for_non-Status_Actions)

If nothing else, this makes running rhevm-upgrade tricky in case there is something wrong with your current installation...
