Description of problem:
.sh file can't be recognized when add new plan with invalid plan document.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6.0-1 on englab

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the "PLANNING" menu.
2.Click the "New Plan" submenu.
3.Input a invalid Plan Document like a .sh file and all other information that is needed.
  
Actual results:
The page turns to a blank page.

Expected results:
A warning prompting "The file you uploaded is not a correct, Html/Plain text/ODT file." appears. And the page stays.

After checking again, find that this bug related with the specific .sh file.
Due to that this bug's priority is low, close this bug temporarily.
