Description Lubos Kocman 2011-09-27 08:49:22 UTC
Description of problem:

firefox gnome-menu icon was removed after updating firefox from 3.6 to 7.
Icon is restored after downgrading version back.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

 firefox-3.6.18-1.el5_6 -> firefox->7.0-5.el5_7  (x86_64)
 xulrunner-1.9.2.18-2.el5_6 -> xulrunner-7.0-8.el5_7 (x86_64)

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. check if icon for firefox 3.6 is located in Applications menu
2. update firefox 3.6 to 7.0
3. check if iconf for firefox 7 is located in Applications menu

Actual results:

firefox icon is lost after update

Expected results:

firefox icon should be there

Additional info:

icon on quick_launch part of gnome-panel is still there.
I've tried to repeat steps 1.3 several times and it's still reproducible
