This is due to missing BuildRequires: python-concurrentloghandler, resulting in Sphinx failures like this:

(WARNING/2) autodoc can't import/find method 'bkr.server.authentication.auth.login_krbV', it reported error: "No module named cloghandler", please check your spelling and sys.path

We should also make these autodoc failures fatal so that we notice when they happen.
