When viewing completed jobs in cups web interface the User is always 'Withheld' - means that jobs-originating-user-name attribute is missing. system-config-printer also shows 'Unknown' User for all jobs. python -c 'import cups, pprint; c=cups.Connection(); pprint.pprint(c.getJobAttributes(1));' also shows no jobs-originating-user-name attribute. Weird is that 'lpstat -W completed' shows correct user name. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cups-1.5.0-10.fc16

This turns out to be intentional, and is part of the new JobPrivateValues feature. If you specify requesting-user-name (i.e. my_jobs=True) then you do get that attribute, but only for your own jobs. Investigation continues.
I've changed system-config-printer so that it shows private attributes for "my jobs" now.
