Since RHEL 6.2 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

This isn't a regression.  The papi-4.1.0 version also has the same intermittent failure.

OK, removing the Regression keyword andd blocker flag, and proposing for 6.3. It could possibly go in 6.2 with the remaining regression, but I'll leave that up to you.
