Description of problem:

Currently DeltaCloud injects the user data base64 decoded.
This  will change soon such that the data will be left as
sent, base64 encoded. When dcloud changes the Audrey Agent
will need to be updated.

Can QA/Joe confirm that this issue has been sorted out and is now pushed in the latest Deltacloud nightly build.

I've confirmed the issues has been sorted out in the latest Deltacloud nightly build.

I've made and pushed the needed changes to the Audrey Start Agent.
