Description Deon Ballard 2011-10-05 00:40:56 UTC
It should be explicit that IPA *does not* set up autofs on the system. From the mailing list:

What is your expectation of the ipa
automountlocation-import default /etc/auto.master run on the client? Do
you expect it to configure automount client? It does not, it tries to
load the map from the provided file into the server. If you want to
configure automount on the client follow the autofs instructions and man
pages on how to configure autofs with LDAP server. IPA or ipa-client
does not do automount configuration yet.
