Description of problem:

Once a deployable has been launched it should be possible to relaunch it especially if it is no longer running.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

No mechanism is available to relaunch



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create and launch a deployable
2. stop the instance or perhaps if failed...


Actual results:

- No obvious mechanism available to relaunch a previously launch deployable.


Expected results:

Allow the user to restart a previously launched deployable.

This seems to be a fundamental use case for our product. Am I missing something?
