Comment 2 Tim Waugh 2011-10-06 08:08:39 UTC
Were you able to reproduce this, or did it only happen once?

Comment 3 ecaddy 2011-10-06 13:10:54 UTC
it happened only once.

Comment 4 Tim Waugh 2011-10-06 14:05:40 UTC
It's one of those "can't happen" things. Perhaps some library is writing beyond the end of a buffer or something.

I tried running system-config-printer under valgrind and performing several actions, but have found nothing to indicate what might cause this.

Please re-open if you see it happening again.

Comment 5 Peter H. Jones 2013-02-27 14:20:11 UTC
It happened again, and I can't reopen. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=915483

Comment 6 Martin Dengler 2013-03-20 20:55:50 UTC
It just happened to me; see https://retrace.fedoraproject.org/faf/reports/64512/ and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=915483 . Let me know if I can provide any more information.

Worth reopening?
