Description of problem: After installing initscripts-legacy it is not possible to prepare correct system time. It is shifted according to time-zone like hardware time is UTC. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): initscripts-legacy-9.32-2.fc16.i686 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. install initscripts-legacy 2. setup time zone and time by system-config-date (local time in BIOS) 3. reboot the system Actual results: System time is shifted Expected results: System time is correct Additional info: Deleting package, reboot and setup right time in BIOS restore correct system time.
