Description of problem: When trying to cancel a print job, the stop/pause buttons become insensitive but the job is still there in the queue. Note: the printer was not enabled. After enabling the printer, I can cancel jobs.
Hi Tim, could you try new version of cups-pk-helper (cups-pk-helper-0.1.3-3.fc16)? There was a problem related to IPP_GET_JOB_ATTRIBUTES. cups-pk-helper didn't set "requesting-user-name" for the request. It should be fixed in the build. I've encountered the problem also for enabled queues. Regards Marek
