Description of problem:
On IE9, none of our flash area charts load properly.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Most recent development version, possibly previously released versions as well.


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open up cumin on Internet Explorer 9 (I used Windows 7, in case that matters)
2.  Note that none of the flash area charts load, instead the PNG versions are used.

Actual results:
The PNG charts show up


Expected results:
The Flash charts should show up

This fix is available in revision 5055 on trunk.
