Description of problem:
Unable add cases to run when select 'Use the sortkey stored in plan',will show 500 service error

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6.0-2 on englab

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter to any test run
2.Click cases->Add 
3.Select 'Use the sortkey stored in plan' and cases you want to add
4.Click update button
  
Actual results:
TCMS>>500 (Service Error)

Expected results:
Add case to run successfully

Case don't have field of sortkey, use the sortkey must bind to one plan.
This bug will fixed in tcms 3.6.1.

sorry, now tcms version is 3.6.1, This bug will fixed in tcms 3.6.2.

Verify version and result:
3.6.2 on englab --> PASSED

Actual results:
Add case to run successfully when check 'Use the sortkey stored in plan'
