Description of problem:
libcanberra-gtk3 places files into %{_libdir}/gnome-settings-daemon-3.0/ but does not own this directory. Please add it to the package, this will also fix the unowned dir for gnome-settings-daemon because it depends on libcanberra-gtk3.
