Patch to add python3-enchant subpackage to python-enchant.spec

Description of problem:
According to http://packages.python.org/pyenchant/news/item/version-1.6.5-released.html
pyenchant 1.6.5 onwards supports Python 3.

I'm attaching a patch to python-enchant.spec which adds a python3-enchant subpackage, following the "multiple subpackages" approach given here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Subpackages

Note that until recently bug 722578 led to python3 building packages with duplicate .pc files. This patch's %file section assumes that that bug is fixed (in rawhide in python3-3.2.2-8.fc17)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Patch to python-enchant-1.6.5-2.el7
