Description of problem:

The freshly brewed Skynet output displays newly used Tags, but aside from a couple of topics, the vast majority of tags do not have any topic names displayed. The screenshot shows this clearly and this can be independently viewed on the documentation stage as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the link: http://documentation-stage.bne.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Data_Grid-Beta_Documentation/6/html/Beta_Documentation/index.html
2. Click the + icons to expand any random tag set on the left hand navigation panel.
3. Stare at links that go nowhere and topic names that do not display.

Topic names do not appear under tags.

Expected results:

Topic names appear under tags.
