Description of problem:
(gnome-settings-daemon:1624): media-keys-plugin-WARNING **: Could not find application 'gcalctool.desktop'

$ rpm -ql gcalctool | grep desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-gcalctool.desktop

I've dropped the vendor prefix in rawhide.
For f16, we should patch g-s-d to use the it

gnome-settings-daemon-3.2.1-3.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

The similar issue happens in Fedora 17 gnome package.
