Description of problem:
I did a selinux-policy upgrade from 3.7.19-115.el6 to 3.7.19-116.el6 which revealed 2 syntax errors.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
# rpm -Uvh selinux-policy-{,mls-,minimum-,targeted-,doc-}3.7.19-116.el6.noarch.rpm
