Description of problem:Virtual Machine will report  an error if add a PCI equipment during IR-SOV test in RHEL6.2 64bit beta

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the BIOS optimized default.
2. Enter into BIOS, enable VT-d and VT, save and reset.
3. Install RHEL6.2 64bit Beta via PXE or USB DVD-ROM.
3. After installation completed, configure the environment of SR-IOV.
4. Use virt-manager to create a VM, and install a Linux OS with a kernel 2.6.30 or later.
5. After VM OS installation completed, configure the hardward of VM, and add a PCI equipment.
6. Then, the virtual machine will report an error.
The details see the attachment picture.
  
Actual results:FAIL

Expected results:PASS

Additional info: RHEL6.1 64bit -->There is no error occure -->PASS

Since RHEL 6.2 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
