This is a bug for EAP 5.1 Enterprise Data Grid Tech Preview
Tried on code from https://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/branches/JBPAPP_5_1_datagrid (rev: 108648)

http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/infinispan/tags/4.1.0.FINAL/server/rest/src/main/scala/org/infinispan/rest/StartupListener.scala creates it's own DefaultCacheManager that is completely different instance from the one defined in datagrid.sar/META-INF/datagrid-jboss-beans.xml
