JGroups subsystem in AS 7.0.0.Final introduced a regression that prevents the configuration of a JGroups protocol stack.  To work around the problem, I have reverted back only the JGroups subsystem to 7.0.0.CR1.  We should remove this workaround in dist-dir/pom.xml once AS7-1260 is fixed.

It seems like the regression occurred while fixing AS7-1214.  Fortunately, this is a bug which has a workaround, that we can live with for a while.

upstream AS7-1260 is fixed and it now works
