fixing ISPN-1267 doesn't help in disabling storeAsBinary when using in AS7

the problem is that the interceptor chain is constructed before hotrod server has a chance to change the config.
first call to getCache() happens in
org.jboss.as.clustering.infinispan.subsystem.CacheService.start()

Hmmmmm, bugger. I might need to do this via some lifecycle class (i.e. cache starting lifecycle method) rather than in the Hot Rod server startup... I'll reopen ISPN-1267 and investigate...

ISPN-1267 has been resolved again. Michal, can you verify it looks good on your side now and close if necessary?
