Provide a message that indicates that EDG has started which allows differentiating between a plain AS/EAP instance and EDG.

Long term, the "Started in" message should be configurable directly to add EDG information, rather than adding an EDG message on top of the current "Started in" message.

Since a version should be shown when starting up, the release script needs to tweak that accordingly when doing a release.
