Hello.

Can you please let us know what browser you are using, including version number. If you are running Firefox, Chromium or Google Chrome can you also let us know what extensions you are using.

The Red Hat Bugzilla team have only received two other reports of this occurring. We are keen to track down the cause of this problem, and at this stage suspect some browser extension could be the cause.

Comment 2 Horst H. von Brand 2011-10-25 14:04:21 UTC
I'm using firefox-7.0.1-1.fc15.x86_64.
Extensions loaded are

Addblock Plus 1.3.10
Add-on Compatibility Reporter 0.9.2
Amazon toolbar 2.12
Beef Taco (Targeted Advertising Cookie Opt-Out) 1.3.7
Better Gmail 2 1.2
Certificate Patrol 2.0.14
Download Statusbar 0.9.8
DownThemAll! 2.0.8
EPUBReader 1.4.1.0
FireMath 0.6
Greasemonkey 0.9.12
Mozilla QA Companion 1.2.3
NoScript 2.1.7 [Recently updated]
ScribeFire 3.5.3.3

[Isn't there a easier way to get firefox to confess such data than copying them by hand?]

Strangely, yesterday (with the previous version of NoScript) I had to log in almost each time I did something in bugzilla, after today's update my machine froze (probably attributable to self-compiled kernel 3.1 vanilla), after rebooting and logging in again, I started firefox and restored the open tabs. After opening another bug report I noticed that I didn't have to log in to bugzilla this time.

But I had to log in to add the above comment. Go figure.

The Red Hat Bugzilla team suggest you visit our site without running extension in your browser. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to test operability of our website with every combination of extensions you are running to find out which one(s) are at fault.

If the problem persists when you are not running any extensions, please let us know.
