Description of problem: v7 should log when time limits have been changed in v7's environment file (/etc/v7.xml), but in the respective tests, and in the info test, as "Warning:" messages. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): v7 1.4

Created attachment 558896 [details] info test patch to check environment changes. Note: changes are tagged with "Warning:", and do not cause info test to fail.
Verified in v7-1.5-3.el6.noarch.

New Contents: An enhancement has been made in v7 1.5 that now `info` test will log reboot and fv guest time limit changes in /etc/v7.xml and warn user like the following info: Warning: the configuration file has been changed from default settings: FVGuestTimelimit was changed from 60 to 90 RebootTimelimit was changed from 10 to 30
