Description of problem:
When you try to create BPMN2 process in Guvnor you get HTTP status 404 as BRMS-5.2.0 is missing designer.war.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BRMS-5.2.0.GA

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new BPMN2 process or open existing
  
Actual results:
HTTP Status 404 - /designer/editor/

description The requested resource (/designer/editor/) is not available.

Expected results:


Additional info:
In BRMS-5.2.0 BPMN2 is not supported and therefore it should not be contained in menu. I suggest to remove the menu item 'Create new BPMN2 process'.

This is obviously not valid anymore in BRMS 5.3.
