Description of problem: Today my connection is very slow and often times out. I can't use TCMS because when I open a test run to fill-in the results the test case run doesn't expand. The logo doesn't load as well. I'm able to open test plans, see test runs inside them, etc. but when I try to report the result I just can't. I have no idea how to debug this. Can you improve this or at least add some text link, not AJAX which will lead me to the comments/results form so I can report the result of the test case. I second this. My home connection over vpn is slow but Bugzilla, Errata-tool and Beaker are usable. TCMS and Vault are not
It seems caused by the server location and the networking env. It is not a TCMS bug, suggest to raise ticket to eng-ops if you still has these issue. close it tcms.
