How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a provider account for ec2(east or west).
2.Navigate to account and click on account name link for ec2.
3.Click on Add link for Config Server.
  
Actual results:
Missing template config_servers/new with {:handlers=>[:builder, :rjs, :haml, :rhtml, :erb, :rxml], :locale=>[:en, :en], :formats=>[:html]} in view paths "/usr/share/aeolus-conductor/app/views"  is displayed.

This error is not observed now.
When clicked on Add, New config server form is displayed.
