Can we change the element of the "No XML Content" notice from a <warning> to a <note>.

At the moment I have a book that is half-written, and it has some failing topics in it. There are a couple of things:

* I don't need a big exclamation mark for every piece of unwritten content. It's distracting.

* Not only is it distracting from the existing content, it's distracting from the actual errors - I can't see at a glance which topics are failing validity testing.
