The internal db of the embedded CA is at /usr/lib64/dirsrv/slapd-PKI-IPA/
In IPA we need to support read only /usr so we install main DS instance into /var/lib/dirsrv/scripts-.../

The CA instance should also be installed under /var/lib{64}/dirsrv

This bug needs to be re-assigned to the appropriate IPA component(s) which need to make the following changes:

    * specify DS to be installed at the new desired location
      (CS does not determine this)
    * specify the new DS location to the IPA script that invokes
      'pkisilent' (as it would still contain the old location)

The PKI Directory Server instance has been removed entirely as a part of RFE in ticket https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2836.
