SVG icon for seamonkey mail based on messengerWindow.svg in the source

Description of problem:
The menu icons for seamonkey are too small to look decent in GNOME 3, and the icon for seamonkey mail is a tiny 16x12 generic envelope. To avoid upscaling, GNOME 3 needs 128x128 or better icons.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install seamonkey
2. Look at Applications overview in GNOME 3

Actual results:
Blurred icons due to enlarging small images. The icon for seamonkey mail is not the actual seamonkey mail icon.

Expected results:
High quality icons.

Additional info:
There are better icons available in %{_libdir}/seamonkey-%{version}/chrome/icons/default/

Copies the icons to the standard location, and icon cache updating.

Needed because I dropped the "-icon" from the icon filenames.
