Description of problem:  RFE: enhance LUI for LDAP configuration 


Current:
unintuitive.  existing tool is Java Swing based

Expected:
intuitive

existing tool is source control ... but hanging off a KCS article.

Here's the current documentation page (http://www.rhq-project.org/display/RHQ/Testing+the+RHQ+LDAP+Integration) with the standalone java application for ldap investigation at the very bottom with instructions for how to run it.
