Patch for the specfile

Description of problem:
After rebuilding the package with mock I made two improvements in the specfile:

1) Module-Metadata sub-package contains %{privlib}/Module/Metadata.pm, but

%exclude %{perl_privlib}/Module/Metadata.pm

evaluates to system-wide perl path, not to perl being built

2) "%files parent" section is repeated twice
