Description of problem:
I can not mouse through workspaces as I could with redhat 7.3... 8.0/gnome blew
away my old desktop settings. I like the new desktop, but need to be able to
mouse through workspaces and not have to click on the workspace switcher...

Some metacity-related discussion can be found at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82917

If you're using Sawfish I think edge-flipping is still there, but I'm not sure.
Note that on 8.0 upgrade you'll have metacity by default and will need to switch
over if you want the extended feature set offered by Sawfish.

In any case, we won't implement the edge flipping feature on the Red Hat level,
we will just have it if the upstream window manager projects have it.
