Description of problem:
In wallaby db patching tool it will be useful to have an option which causes that the tool just tells which items will be upgraded without actually doing it.

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
