Description of problem: Configuring Telepathy-KDE can't be done because of no options being present in the first step of adding an IM account. Yeah, as we don't have any telepathy clients to speak of, we also don't have anything to add deps to pull in all the telepathy plugins, including (but not limited to): telepathy-butterfly telepathy-gabble telepathy-haze telepathy-idle telepathy-salut Now, I suppose we could pick some (or all) of these, and add deps to pull them in from somewhere.
ah, we can add these deps to -plugins pkg, I'll work on that.

Maybe would be better to use "Requires: telepathy-sofiasip" instead of "Requires: telepathy-rakia" for now? Looks like telepathy-rakia does not work even in empathy (I was not able to connect to SIP account while with telepathy-sofiasip was no problems).
