Description of problem:  Reports--Configuration History showing incorrect configuration histories.  I haven't made any configuration changes.

1.  Reports-->Configuration History
2.  see attachment ...

Actual results:
too many configuration histories

Expected results:
none.  i haven;t made any configuration changes

<mazz> mfoley: that's not an issue
<mazz> that's the configuration detection code
<mazz> that's always been like this
<mfoley> ok...
<mfoley> my bad
<mazz> IIRC the agent will run config detection 
<mazz> and will upload new configs if a resource doesn't have known config yet
