Description of problem: I have defined an equivalency replacing /qmail with /var/qmail. Lately whenever I do an selinux policy update this customization is lost and I need to run semanage again. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): selinux-policy-3.10.0-45.1.fc16.noarch How reproducible: Seems to happen repeatedly on the machine that has qmail on a separate disk. I have verified that the equivalence definitions are no longer getting lost on update.
