Description of problem:
When user navigates down the the kickstart tree filelist in promotions, the filter element differs in appearance from other filter elements elsewhere in the UI, i.e., Provider. Also, clicking on magnifying glass on for said filter causes the element to jutter a bit, particularly in Chrome.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a provider and product, "Fedora"
2.  Create a new repo using URL "http://download.fedora.devel.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/15/Fedora/x86_64/os/";  Sync repo.
3.  Navigate to Promotions > Product > $product > Distributions > $distribution > Filelist
4. Observe Filter UI  

Actual results:
This filter looks different from other filters in the UI. also, hovering/clicking on the magnifying glass renders a nondescript white box. Finally, clicking on box makes the element blip a bit, though it is more pronounced in Chrome.

Expected results:

Uniform UI?

mass move to CFSE product.

As of the current upstream release, this filter looks like the other filters throughout Katello.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
