commit - b955a2b326e2a547a7b0fee0591054642c5959de Updated the bbq behavior for the promotions page to be consistent with other areas of the UI (e.g. tupane pgs). With this, if a user navigates to a content item and views it (e.g. a distro, pkg, errata...), goes to another page and returns (via back button) to promotions, the UI will show the item 'opened' when the return.
QA Verified.
