1 - Evolution dialog boxes are too big to fit on a netbook screen.

2 - Previously I was able to drag the window around using Alt-LeftButton
    in order to see the hidden part of the dialogs.
    
But now, when pressing Alt-LeftButton, the underlying window is moved
so that the title bar is placed at the mouse cursor location.

I can't move the window out of the upper screen bounds (even using Alt-F7) ...

Oh, wait, it's working as usual now ... I don't know exactly what happened, I'm now not able to reproduce this behavor: perhaps the window was "docked" or something.
 

BTW, the first point is still valid, see the screenshot.
