Description of problem: As of 2.4, PyCrypto now supports Python 3. I'm attaching a patch to the specfile which adds a new python3 subpackage, as per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Subpackages so that the src.rpm emits both python 2 and python 3 support in one build. This also embeds a new patch that was needed to get the benchmarks to run on Python 3 (see the comments in the specfile): $ diffstat add-python3-subpackage-to-pycrypto.patch fix-pubkey-size-divisions.patch | 16 ++++++ python-crypto.spec | 96 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++- 2 files changed, 111 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-)
Created attachment 529929 [details] Patch to add python3 subpackage
(Bugzilla's builtin patch viewer is horribly mangling that patch, alas, but clicking on View shows that it did upload correctly)
I've done an F-17 build in the f17-gmp koji tag, so as to use the new libgmp. It'll get pulled into Rawhide in due course. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3459511
Now in Rawhide.
