Description of problem:

System is owned by me, shared and member of a group.  I'm not in that group.

I don't have access to schedule a provision.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.8.0

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Own a system
2. Share the system
3. Add system to a group you are not a member of
  
Actual results:
You do not have access required to provision or scheduler a provision job on this machine. 

Expected results:
Schedule a provison link
