Description of problem:

No module named tempita

Post install of python-tempita

(nova): TRACE:   File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/migrate/versioning/script/py.py", line 143, in run
(nova): TRACE:     " parameter (since version > 0.5.4)", exceptions.MigrateDeprecationWarning)
(nova): TRACE: AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'MigrateDeprecationWarning'


easy_install tempita is at version 0.5.1

invalid package to be updated is python-migrate.

Good. Just for reference python-paste-1.7.4 is used in RHEL 6.2
and this does not use tempita. Version 1.7.5 in Fedora does
