Description of problem:
There is a section 
16.7. Promoting a Read-Only Replica to an IPA Server
at:
http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6-Beta/html/Identity_Management_Guide/promoting-replica.html

But we do not support Read-Only replicas. So this section can be removed.
